The long wait for our baby girl to arrive. She was born by cescerean on Feb 6th. Our beautiful baby girl was finally here for us to hold her. Her legs were hyperextended at the knees and her hips were dislocated. We were sent to see a specialist at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital in Dallas Texas. There she was diagnosed with Larsens Syndrome. Larsens is multiple dislocations of joints. Her doctor told us she would be treated through series of casting at first and then closer to six months of age she would begin her surgeries. It was then that we found out that their goal was to have her walking by the time she started school. In the midst of this worldwind of decisions God has a special way of leading us. Each and every day through Dakota we see his work.
